Placing an order
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract exists only once we send you a dispatch confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil an order – because an item is out of stock or a price was listed incorrectly – we will tell you and refund you in full.
Prices and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken through Shopify Payments at the point of order.
Delivery
Standard UK delivery is free and takes 7–10 working days. Express delivery is £7.99 and takes around 5 working days. Full details are on our Delivery & Returns page.
Cancellation and returns
You may cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and we offer 30 days as a matter of policy. See Delivery & Returns for how to do it.
Faulty goods
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they are not, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.
Product information
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photographs are illustrative and colours may vary slightly between screens. Product names and trade marks belong to their respective owners and are used here to identify the item on sale.
Liability
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of your order.
Who you are buying from
Temex is a trading name of Temex Business LLC, a company registered in the United States. Orders are dispatched to you in the United Kingdom.
Because we sell directly to consumers in the UK, your rights under UK consumer law apply in full – including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Nothing on this page reduces them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales.
