Who you are buying from

Temex is a trading name of Temex Business LLC, a company registered in the United States. Orders are dispatched to you in the United Kingdom.

Because we sell directly to consumers in the UK, your rights under UK consumer law apply in full – including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Nothing on this page reduces them.

Delivery

Free UK delivery on every order, with no minimum spend. Estimated delivery is 7–10 working days from dispatch.

Need it sooner? Express delivery is £7.99 and arrives in around 5 working days. You can choose it at checkout.

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Orders with more than one item may arrive in separate parcels.

Returns – 30 days, postage on us

• Changed your mind? Return anything within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
• Return postage is free. Email us and we will send you a prepaid label – you will not pay anything to send the item back.
• Items should come back unused and in their original packaging.
• Refunds go to your original payment method within 14 days of the item reaching us.

Your legal right to cancel

This 30-day policy is in addition to your statutory rights. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, and you then have a further 14 days to send the goods back.

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply and we will cover every cost involved in putting it right.
